At RESHA INDIA, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted fashion; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal or email our support team with your order ID and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all RESHA INDIA tags and packaging intact.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours at no additional cost for domestic orders.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
